PONS updates its lexical database nearly every day, and the PONS Online Dictionary is expanded and supplemented several times an hour thanks to the collaboration of users. Users are currently able to add their own entries to the following dictionaries: German-English/English-German, German-French/French-German, German-Spanish/Spanish-German, German-Polish/Polish-German.
The contributions from users are mostly found under the green PONS entries in the search results or – if no PONS entry is found – directly at the top.

The PONS lexical database contains a total of 4,579,426 headwords, phrases, and their translations in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Russian.
To report an actual error or abuse in a dictionary entry please use our feedback form that you can fill out by clicking the letter icon shown in every entry. Alternatively you can click Contact and send us an email.

Our electronic dictionaries on CD-ROM though can be ordered comfortably online for the languages English, Englisch-Fachwörterbuch Banken, Finanzen und Versicherungen, French, and Spanish.
